20 Best Halloween Movies on Netflix 2018!!
Halloween is literally right around the corner & the girls and I have been making a list on the 20 Best Halloween Movies on Netflix for us to watch on Halloween night! Even though we don’t technically celebrate Halloween….I like to take the girls out to the Harvest Festival that we normally have in our small town in East Texas and take a bunch of pictures (that’s normally a day or 2 before Halloween). Then we can have free candy from the Festival and use that as our snacks as well for our Movie Night!
Like I mentioned, we don’t normally celebrate Halloween but we still like to pass candy out for the other trick or treaters. On the actual night of Halloween we like to watch movies instead of staying in and doing nothing! I’ve put together a list on the 20 best Halloween movies on Netflix for you to watch on Halloween night if you don’t have any plans because that is exactly what we will be doing!
Hope you enjoy your Halloween night! Be safe!

We watch horror movies year round, it’s our favorite. A few of these I’ve never heard of but will have to check out!
Mariela Oviedo
Yes! Some of them are older movies that that I watched before I even got married! Others are newer, but all really good!
Dwight Alleyne
That was a great list of movies. Glad that you included kid friendly movies as well. I thought the boy was quite interesting especially with the plot twist at the end. I am too scared to watch Veronica.
Mariela Oviedo
Thank you! I wanted to include something for everyone! & I really liked The Boy too! Veronica was really good too!

I don’t like scary movies and some of these have just freaked me out I hope one day I am able to finish a whole movie without screaming.
Mariela Oviedo
My husband doesn’t like them very much either so I have to convince him to watch one with me every once in a while!

So many good movie choices! I didn’t watch any Halloween movies this year. Better late than never, right?

Yesss! Horror movies are my thing! I love watching them even more now since it’s halloween:D Also, my husband and I have been watching The Haunting at Hill House! At first it wasn’t so great but it gets better the more you get into it.
Mariela Oviedo
I really want to watch that with my husband! But he’s been working nights lately so I’m waiting for him to get back on days so we can watch it together!
Izzy
These are such great suggestions!! We had a hard time finding the right scary movie last night. Wish I’d seen this list. We ended up rewatching The Haunting of HIll House, which I’d already seen.
Mariela Oviedo
I haven’t seen that one yet! I’m hoping I can watch it with my husband this weekend!
Kate Findley
Fun list! It exposed me to some movies I had not heard of as well as some like Coco which I’ve been meaning to see. I’m definitely a horror movie fan. I rewatched the first Scream movie a few weeks ago and it really holds up. I also love The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and, of course, The Shining!
Mariela Oviedo
I also love horror movies, but my husband isn’t a big fan of them. I have to convince him to watch scary movies with me! But COCO, is definitely a good family movie.
Stine Mari
I’ve been meaning to watch Coraline for years, but I think maybe this is the year! Great set of lists!

Great round up of movies, there are so many good ones to watch! I really liked Netflix’s Gnome Alone.
Mariela Oviedo
Me too! I didn’t think it was going to be good, but the girls insisted we watch it & I ended up loving it.

It is bad that I’ve only seen two of the movies on the list. I really enjoyed Coraline. It was freaky. I saw Coco last year with my nieces and nephew. It wasn’t a favorite but I did love the bright colors and design of the movie.
Mariela Oviedo
Lol, it’s not that bad. But if you like watching Halloween movies then it is pretty bad! These are really great movies. I’ve seen most of them & definitely recommend them as well!!
